As a performer, I’m a fan of strange and experimental rehearsal processes – the stranger the better! I also love having the opportunity to explore movement in my work.

A full list of performance credits can be found under the ‘CV’ section of this website. In short, however, I am actress trained in devised theatre and physical theatre. I also have a background in Meisner training. Recently I graduated from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where I studied on the MA Advanced Theatre Practice course.

My skills as a performer enable me to deliver bespoke performance workshops to youth and adult theatres. As such I have worked as a facilitator for Haringey Shed Theatre Company, NCS and Smile Theatre Company.

I have performed in both short and feature films, although my main passion is for theatre. I have performed at venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Tricycle Theatre, Palace Theatre, Ye Olde Rose and Crown Theatre, Old Red Lion Theatre, and many other venues both in the UK and abroad.

My love for performance and writing mesh well together – and often in the form of spoken word. Recently I won Talawa Theatre Company’s spoken word competition, which gave me the opportunity to open their show, Bite Your Tongue, with my performance poem at Hackney Showrooms.
